Terms of use for SDR Bookings

The service and who provides it

SDR Bookings is provided by Forss Management Consulting AB (Formacon), Swedish company reg. no. 559086-4780, Lantmannagatan 33, 583 32 Linköping, Sweden. The portal is used to register booked customer meetings, follow up results against targets and quotas, run sales competitions and send reminders.

Who may use the portal

Accounts are created through personal invitations from an administrator. There is no open registration and there are no paid plans in the portal. Your account is personal and may not be shared.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password secret and log out on devices that others use.
• Register accurate information – bookings and results are used for follow-up and competitions.
• Do not enter sensitive personal data (for example health, political opinions or national identity numbers) in comments and notes.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect that someone unauthorised has accessed your account.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the portal available and the data secure, and we take regular backups. The portal is nevertheless provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Formacon is not liable for indirect damage, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

An administrator can remove an account, for example when an assignment ends or if these terms are not followed. You can ask for your account to be removed at any time.

Personal data

Formacon is the data controller. How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy. An organisation that has signed a data processing agreement with Formacon governs the data it registers itself under that agreement.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last changed. Swedish law applies.
